Would it work well for sewing cotton fabric for fleece?

I want to do a cover of shopping cart and need to know if sewing cotton wool (with batting in between) is well maintained. I've done a fair use of wool and it turned out great, but I would make a car reversible wool and cover with a side to the cold and cotton, the other for warmer weather. Would it be easy to sew the two fabrics together – be kept up to washing? Thanks! Thank aid. I hope that is placed in the correct category.

What remains, only neglecting the batting .. and the use of a good length short stitch. I just made a lot (27) scarves of wool, with flannel on the other side. Be sure to wash first before adding cotton to wool to compensate for shrinkage. use a seam allowance 1 / 4 inches. you should have no problems … Fleece must think enough to compensate for hitting.
