What are the Best Fabrics to Use/Buy as an Inexpensive, do it yourself, table covers for My Wedding Reception?

I’m looking to find Fabrics to buy in bulk at an inexpensive price, mostly off white, for My Vintage Country theme Wedding Reception…

How “country”? Osnaburg is an inexpensive cotton fabric available in white, natural, and sometimes in colors… very easy to work with and fringes nicely if you straight stitch around the piece about an inch or so in from the edges and then ravel out the yarns.
