im opening a web based business. im hoping you can tell me about ordering stock in?

Im opening a tutu and hair accessorie web based business. I was wondering as to how i get the stock like rolls of tool and ribbon for hair accessories and onsies or decor ect?? do i just contact a fabric store and ask them to order extra in or how would a person go about doing that…sounds silly but someone’s gotta start somewhere and this is the best place to ask questions’s right!! Is there online manufacture’s specificly for web based businesses i don’t know and id love some feed back from you experienced web based businesses!! no ammature’s pls
