What is a good, moderately stiff fabric I can line my chiffon dress with?

I purchased a few yards of polyester chiffon and am planning to make a flowy dress with it. Although I want it to be very free-moving and sheer, I want the bust to be slightly stiffer so it can support the breasts. When I say stiff, I don’t mean heavy fabrics like denim and etc. I’m looking for fabric that is feminine and would look good with a chiffon overlay. Do any of you guys have recommendations/suggestions/tips? All would be greatly appreciated.

If this is going to be strapless, you need something like coutil for underlining the bodice. And you’re going to need boning and an inner waist belt besides. A good place to look for construction information is Susan Khalje’s Bridal Couture.
