where can i buy hello kitty fabric?

Im from the UK, ive looked on ebay both .co.uk and .com
looked at that target website and joanns too
there is nothing lol, except on ebay but really i need it to be silk or satin or something shiny
any links would be great though
or liquorice allsorts material? i cannot find that anywhere
i only need enough to make a tie belt around a dress im making
