Where to buy Velvet/Velveteen online?

I am trying to find some Teal coloured velvet or velveteen to use in a costume I am making (irish dancing dress) and I am having trouble find it online. I am looking for a place that can send me a sample to check the colour, I don’t mind if they aren’t an online store if they have international postage and are pretty sure the colour is what I am looking for and they can send me a sample. I am after about 4 -5m and am in Australia. Does anyone know any good online sites for this sort of fabric.

www.joann.com is an American store’s website. I don’t know if they send samples, though, as it’s a large chain-store. If your computer has good color, you might try tchecking that site.
