Can anyone tell me about a certain style of clothing?

I think I’ve seen it in some anime, or something, but it appears to be two large pieces of fabric hanging from or past a belt or some other fasting device. One is usually in front of the person and the other piece of fabric is in back. Overall, it sorta resembles an oversized loincloth, but I’ve seen pants being worn beneath the fabric. I’ve also seen both men and women wear it.
Can anyone tell me if there is a term for that style?

It sounds like a punk style. My friends do it, but it isnt that pop punk BS. It’s gutter punk and stuff like that. You tuck it into your pants so it hangs and usually have band patches and stuff like that on it.
