where can i get these materials?

i’m gonna modify my converse to look like this http://www.mattnelsen.com/pics/conversepants.jpg except in black, you cant buy the shoes in stores, and i need the these materials: lots of black canvas, like a huge bolt of it, non stretch fabric liner, a few meters should work well, grommets, around 100-150, and i also need shoelace material, extremely long, and i want to put tape on the ends of them like eaglets so they would be easier to lace up.

Wow thats a big project! Try your local craft store, such as a Michaels or Joanne Fabrics. You may have to shop around though.
