Where to buy fabric in the uk?

I am recovering some dining room chairs and would like to know where the best place is to get fabric from? I live in Manchester.

Look up upholsterers in Yellow pages. Lots of them will sell fabric as well as covering furniture themselves. Manchester is one of the best places for buying fabric so you are lucky! You could also contact your local college and ask if they do upholstery courses – many do. The lecturer will be able to advice you where to get what you want.
