Where can I obtain a license for children fabric wholesale or bulk discount?

I've seen several eBay sellers who sell all tissues exactly the same and most are licensed for children recorded as Disney Princesses, Spiderman, etc. where do they get this material? Want to know where they get it to eliminate the middleman, because the work from home by sewing and selling my work and if I could get cheaper fabrics to buy to eBay sellers that will be great, I'm from the Greater Cincinnati area, and could also buy online if it is possible that they could be seconds or slightly irregular, just want to know where to get them!

Most products like that are not available to retailers, except through an intermediary. That is the American way. Sorry. You can probably find a good price if purchased in large enough quantities, but still will face through man means. Now if you're willing to take seconds or knock offs you can probably find a mill where you can buy directly. I have a friend who I used to buy brand socks (second # 1) without any labels and sold them himself at a deep discount because it came directly from the factory.
