Has anyone used glue Aleene in various formats for crafts?

I'm looking at using some kind of glue Aleene fabric crafts, however, there are many forms of it on the shelves do not know which to choose. I am looking for one for use of decorative buttons to adhere to the cuffs of socks of young girls and I need to be washable. I went to Michaels yesterday and there Aleene of all kinds, I Aleene's Jewel It, Aleene (I think it is called elastic tissue glue) and took Aleene (again I called Wash tail). I'm sure you have the names wrong, but you get the general idea. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hello, using Aleene's fabric glue. It is all purpose for the tissue. I have used it and it works very well, hope this helps
