Why are all maternity clothes designed for women with bellies and NO breasts?!?!?

I am not a huge woman. Yet for both my pregnancies – this is my second – I can’t find maternity shirts past 7 months into my pregnancy that will cover to the bottom of the front of my belly. They have TONS of leftover fabric in the back and on the sides, especially bigger the sizes go, but I can NEVER find a shirt that covers everything in front. What is up with that? Women who have babies shouldn’t have chests? Dumbest designs ever! Especially since ALL pregnant women gain in their chest area, as well as bellies. Anyone else suffering this? Any advice? I have another month to go and NO clothes. (

amen, sister! I have totally grown out of my maternity clothes, yet ,my maternity jeans are still falling off me because they stretch like mad. I ended up spending a fortune on clothes I could only wear for about 4 months and then had to go shopping again for shirts and jeans that actuaaly fit.
