looking 4 a site with refurbishing ideas. want 2 update a blanket box / automan.any ideas or projects similar?

free makeover projects involving modernising dated furniture,either using fabric or paint effects.project is an old woven blanket box that i would love to update.or any sites that offer advice on projacts involving updating old furniture.

To charliejinty, first sand your furniture good then apply several cotes of a good urathane, sanding in between coats. allow to dry overnight between coates, then when you have pyt 3 or 4 coats apply a good past wax, acouple coats buffing good between coats. I think you will find this to your satifaction. GOOD LUCK
