Fabric Gift Tags
How can I fix my shorts?
Well, I got a pair of shorts as a gift from a friend a while ago and I really like them, they’re from H&M and they’re highwaisted. The waist fits me fine (a bit big and not my size but I could wear them) but the bottoms are REALLY loose. I feel like even if they were my size they would still be a bit too loose.
How could I fix this? Also, if you have any ideas in mind what could I wear them with?
For anyone who knows a lot about fabric-
the tag says that garment is 63% polyester 33% rayon 3% metalic fibres and 1% spandex. Could these shrink in the wash?
Btw I’m in no rush to fix this

High waisted????!!!!??? yeah….. I’d forget them all together. Not sexy. Not practical. Too 1988
