TAIPEI: help me find a street map free English, textile shops and teahouses in Taipei?

Hello I am looking for the best area of Taipei to store Tissue and tea shops. Any information is appreciated! Thank you. Also, if anyone knows where to get the best free street map (4 years, I used to get one at the airport, but forgot to get one this time. It had all the name and section of each road) of Taipei, please let me know. Its been a while since I've been here and I forgot a lot!
