Where in Minnesota does an aspiring Fashion Designer go to find great prices on a great selection of material?
I right now have looked at Jo-Ann Fabric stores and Mill End Textiles. I am located about 1 hour South of the Twin Cities. WIlling to travel the whole of Minnesota, into Iowa and Wisconson.
