Need to cover the walls covered with fabric. Can anyone help?

What interests me is that cover the walls in my flat panel with fabric. I think I remember seeing somewhere that you could soak the fabric in the size of the magic or spray starch and then placed on the walls and they must stay there actually adhere to the walls. I have done this and it looks great. All you have to do is soak the fabric in starch liquid from the bottle (you can do in the sink or in a bucket and squeeze out the excess.
