hello! how can i remove oak tree drippings off outdoor fabric furniture. tried most everything with no luck?

the tree releases little dropplets that stain absolutely everything, from plants to cars to furniture. it all becomes black!! the backyard furniture (chair cushions) seem to be permanently stained. tried soap, bleach, peroxide, but nothing removed it.
