I was thinking like going to the dollar store and looking around in there and filling up a grab bag but that can get kinda expensive.

So I just want to know how much it costs to buy a plain white shirt. I know at Michael’s they sell them for 2.50 but can it get any cheaper? (Like do you know if they sell them at the dollar tree?) Also how much to fabric pens cost? Are then any more effective ways of making a shirt without fabric pens but some other thing?

Finally if you guys have any other ideas for party favors please do share!
