EMERGENCY! please help with my wedding dress?!?

Yesterday I bought my wedding dress at David’s Bridal. They’re having the $99 sale so my dress was marked down $50. But are they supposed to order your gown? They sent me home with the sample, which aren’t they supposed to give another discount for that? The customer service wasn’t good and now I went to try on my dress today the zipper is stuck, the fabric at the bottom is a little ripped and the hook at the top of the zipper is missing? What do I do? Did the people at David’s Bridal not do their job?
The freakin’ dress wasn’t $50! It was $50 dollars off it was $375! Sorry for the attitude but I just bought the dress yesterday and I feel like they played me big time!

That sucks I’m really sorry! From what I hear David Bridal does not order gowns, you get what you tried on which probably a hundred other girls tried on too…it’s kind of gross…no offense, I got my bridesmaid dress there once and had just about as bad of a experience. The only thing I can think of is to take it back and tell them the problem, the worst thing they can say is they can’t fix it. Then just look around at alteration places and see how they can help you. You will be able to fix it, but it will probably be more than the $50 they took off the gown! I’m sorry

Also remember that it’s one day, yes its one VERY important speacial day, but not having a clasp or a little piece of material missing will not ruin the dress, don’t let it ruin your day, people will remember how happy and beautiful you look and how much fun their having before they remember your dress.
