Fabric Velvet
Is velvet a good fabric for a cloak?
I’m getting a custom made cloak that is of a wizard design with some embroidery, is velvet a good choice in this case?
It’s really a matter of personal preference but yes, velvet is a good choice. Hope that your cloak is also lined (satin?) as sometimes velvet will stick to your clothing and “bunch” up.
