Jersey Fabric For Sale

How easy would this be to get made?

I LOVE this dress and I recently just bought it for myself.

However, I would also like these to be my bridesmaids dresses for my Spring 09 wedding. I know by that time this dress will not be for sale anymore. Does anyone know if it is easy to sew with Jersey knit fabric? I want this dress copied and I need a tailor who can work with Jersey to make 8 of these, any ideas?

it would probably be pretty easy but it would cost a lot to have it made.
