Polyester Fabric Dye
How can I dye white polyester fabric red so that it is actually red and not pink?
Unfortunately, polyester does not take dye very well. Synthetic and manmade fibers repell dye rather than soaking it in like a natural fiber does. You actually will have better luck using fabric paint and then heat setting it to get it really red.
