how can i rotate images on Microsoft Word?

i want to print images on special paper to create my own iron-on image transfers. How can i rotate the images so when they placed of fabric they are not back to front? Thank u so much!

If by image you mean photo or clipart, then when you select you have white circles round and the top middle circle has a little green circle above. Place your mouse pointer on this, it turns to a circle and just drag your mouse to rotate. If it is a drawing you have created yourself and pasted in, you need drawing toolbar, click on downward arrow to the side of the draw icon, down to roate or flip. Alternatively, you can right button of mouse on the image, down to format picture, size, and then you have a rotate box where you can put in the percentage by which you want to rotate, i.e. 90%, -90% etc.
Sorry just re-read your question, so it is a simple flip horizontal, again click on draw icon, flip horizontal.
