Where can I find fabric backed vinyl?

I’m making a project, change purse/bag type thing, and I need medium- to heavyweight fabric-backed vinyl, more specifically a metallic looking vinyl. A website where I can order fabric would probably be the easiest for me, unless you know of a store in the south central area of Wisconsin

You would have to sew fabric onto the vinyl. Vinyl does not come backed with fabric. The closest you are going to get is a vinyl table cloth that is backed with thin flannel
