Help with Sweet Sixteen Decorations?

For my sweet sixteen I want my colors to be dark blue and silver. Also I was thinking of adding a touch of design from an Indian wedding, like the draping fabrics and all that. I was thinking of having all my good friends wear white at the party and my parents only want to pay about $40s per person.
