Redesigning my Room!!!!???? Please read details!?

I am redesigning my room and i’m thinking of having a World Theme. Which means different parts of my room would be different parts of The World. I was thinking I could cover my walls with maps of different continents, countries, cities, and states for wall paper and i think the basic color should be a tanish – goldish color. I have a medium sized room and It is the brightest room in the house. I have a pretty big window that overlooks the neighborhood and my bed is right next to the window. right now everything’s white because I just moved in like a year ago. I’m 13 and I’ve wanted to travel since I was little. But I want this room to be sophisticated yet soooo cool and different. I just need some extra ideas and maybe what the fabric for my bed spread should look like and that sort of stuff.

go to flea markets and find old suitcases, you can stack them for night stands. get an old globe, cut it in half at the equator, use the holes in the top for a lamp kit, and hang lamps. you may have to paint the inside of the globe halves. depending on how much light you want to reflect out of this, either black, blue to match the ocean colors or silver to reflect the light. I’ll keep adding as I think of things. Put shelves on the wall like resemble baggage storage, maybe with covers that hinge on top. you can achieve this with toybox lid hardware available at lowes or home depot. Get a large canvas and pencil sketch architecture from different cities like the Statue of Liberty, Eiffel Tower, some columns from Rome. Get a large map of the world, and start cutting out pictures from magazines of places you would like to see or find them online and make size them all the same. Cut them out and use red pushpins to mark them on your map.
